How to Determine Boys' T-Shirt Size?

Boys' t-shirt size can be determined in three different ways, by either body measurements (chest and waist measurement), body height or by garment-specific measurements (t-shirt measurements). Let's go:

T-Shirt Size by Garment Measurements

T-shirt Measurements:

Length: T-shirt length in front, top to bottom.
Chest Width: T-shirt width edge-to-egde (not circumference) over fullest part of chest.

Boy's t-shirt size from body measurements

To determine t-shirt size from body measurements, you need to measure:
Bust: circumference around bust at the fullest part - use a soft, flexible measuring tape.
Waist: circumference around your natural waistline, just above the navel (narrowest/slimmest part of waist/torso)
